• Sale – Immediately verify if the card is valid, has sufficient funds, and capture the sale.
• Refund – Return funds to the customer for a returned item.
• Void – Delete a sale you made that day when an error occurred.
• Settle – Submit the day’s sales so that you receive payment. Funds appear in your bank the next business day.
• Perform Address Verification (AVS) – Enter the customers Zip Code to insure it is a match.
• Card Security Code (CVV2/CVC/CID) – Match the 3 digit security code from the back of the card.

Capture additional optional information such as email (automatically emails your customer a copy of the transaction), phone number, first name, last name, address, city, state, invoice number, and description.

Included with your CCTerminal program at no additional cost is the Payanywhere 2-in-1 Bluetooth Credit Card reader which allows you to qualify for our low swiped rates. This lightweight and compact EMV chip and mag-stripe reader fits right in your pocket and connects to your mobile phone or tablet via Bluetooth. So there is no need for a phone jack or connecting cable. While other companies charge anywhere from $29.00 to as much as $199.00 for similar devices we will send you one of our swipers for free. As an option we also offer the 3-in-one Bluetooth card reader that supports EMV chips, mag-stripes, and NFC contactless payments for a one-time charge of $49.95.

Signature Capture on Touchscreen Devices

As soon as a card is approved a signature box will come up on your phone. All the customer has to do is sign their name with their finger and push the Next button for the sale to be complete.

Email or Text Receipts

When you process the sale you will have the ability to key in your customer’s email address or mobile phone number. By doing so both you and your customer will immediately receive a hard copy receipt of the transaction via email or text.

Free Virtual Terminal Included with Every Account

Sometimes you want to accept a credit card payment but just don’t feel like getting out your phone. Our solution to that is that as part of your program we include a virtual terminal which enables you to process a transaction from any computer simply by using the included Virtual Terminal within Payments Hub where you will enter in your User ID and Password. This will bring up the Virtual Terminal and then you can manually key in the order or perform the other normal credit card functions.

How do I Apply?

Setting up your new merchant account and software interface is fast and easy. From this website simply click on the Apply Now button for our secure online Merchant Application Worksheet which will take you less than 10 minutes to complete. We will transfer the information that you provided to the original Merchant Application and email it to you for your signatures. You will then sign the application and fax or email your application back to us along with a voided personal or business check or a signed bank letter from your checking account. At the same time your merchant application is securely forwarded to the underwriting department for final review which normally takes one business day. Typically, the next day your account goes live on the network. Then you will go to the Apple App Store or Android Google Play Store and download the Payment Jack app which you will activate using the Merchant ID code that we will provide to you. You are now ready to begin accepting and processing credit cards!
